Opposites

It seems nothing in this world is permenant, everything seems to have an opposite thing that makes it cease to be there. For instance there's nail polish then there is nail polish remover, then there is a pen but then there is white out to cover it up, the you have your run of the mill pencil and you look on the other end of it and there's an eraser. Even things like fire have something that put it out, that being water. It's almost like we make something only to come up with something to get rid of it as soon as its no longer desired to be around anymore. The only thing I can really see in this world that is permenant is death. As soon your dead you can't die again, once it's done its done. Its life's exact opposite its ultimate eraser you might say. But there is also one very important group of opposites and that is male and female. Unlike most opposites the don't get rid of each other but eventually come together and unite to become one in marriage. Strangely enough this combination of opposites was how life was created in the first place. But there's something else about marriage, its the one thing that can continue on after death it's the only thing that has no limits and has nothing that can get rid of. Once marriage is eternal not even death can bring an end to it's bond. So I guess there is something to look forward to, something that you can hope for and hold on to and it will never give way. So with all that said, I will end by saying everything may not last forever but the memories and the experiences with friends and your eternal companion will continue on without end, and thats all that matter to me.
